Our Managed Services agreements are available in 4 levels:

Bronze
Basic automated monitoring, managed windows patches and security deployment.  (ie, Updates and downloads will occur when you are offline).  Your machines will be accessible by our remote utility set should you require further assistance.

Silver
Bronze level services plus backup monitoring and rectification.  We ensure that you data is backed up and secure and are responsible for producing 'clean' data backups and recovery mechanisms.

Gold
Fixed fee total service arrangement based on number of servers and devices.  These arrangements can be structured with or without remote travel components. 

Platinum
NT Technology supply and maintain all of your IT, Print and Communications infrastructure with this totally managed solution.  This is a total outsourcing solution to free your resources so that you can do what you do best, RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS and we do what we do best!
